Dr. Christina Plaskos serves as a trusted advisor to her patients, going beyond the traditional role of a cosmetic and wellness advocate. In her leadership role at Aegis MD, she guides a team of experts and is the visionary creator behind innovative product lines such as Aegis’ Skin-gestibles® and Lumisceuticals®. Driven by a passion for positive change, she seeks to inspire her community and the wellness industry at large. Dr. Plaskos is on a mission to shift mindsets from anti-aging to ‘pro-aging,’ encouraging people to embrace each day with positivity rather than resistance.
Dr. Christina Plaskos has devoted her life’s work to developing an inside-out approach to pro-aging, emphasizing total wellness. Her educational journey began at the prestigious University of Toronto, where she earned her medical degree and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology. Dr. Plaskos’s expertise extends to board certification in Anti-Aging Functional and Regenerative Medicine, along with a Fellowship in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine from the University of South Florida. With over 30 years of experience, she is also a fellow in the Canadian Society of Phlebology, specializing in vein treatments.
Rooted in Family Medicine, Dr. Plaskos prioritizes caring for individuals and families, with a thriving practice in Niagara for two decades. This extensive background underscores the depth of her commitment to a comprehensive and holistic approach to wellness.

Extremely kind staff! I was quite nervous to have my veins assessed, and the doctor was knowledgeable and all the other staff were considerate of the vulnerable situation I was in. I really appreciated their kindness, and their quick and efficient assessment of my legs/varicose veins. Will be continuing to go to them after I have my varicose veins dealt with for upkeep!

I have been a client of Dr.Plaskos for many years, she’s an accomplished injector. If you are doing an online search as where to go for a lip,face or another top up, look no further. Not only does Dr.P have years of experience, but her kind manner and approach keeps you coming back. Her staff is also #1. All of the women working there, from the front desk to the amazing technical facial experts are knowledgeable, beautiful, always take the time to explain all of my numerous questions.
