Open and Honest
I have been going to ArtMed for roughly 7 years. The laser hair removal has been extremely effective for me, little to no hair regrowth with the occasional maintenance appointment as needed. Their consultation is very open and honest for expectation setting for results and I have been very happy with my treatments.
The team has been consistently kind, responsive and professional. Jennifer Glazer has been excellent – super friendly with great attention to detail.
I would highly recommend ArtMed to anyone looking for a professional and reasonably priced med spa.

Fantastic since Day 1!
ArtMed has been fantastic since the day I walked in for my first consultation. I have loved my experience and so appreciate the educational approach they took with each of my sessions. Would hands down recommend them 10/10 if you are looking for laser hair removal or any other skin-related treatments. Especially when it comes to your face.
Customer service and professionalism is ever so sweet!
Went in for a BBL with Jen and the experience was salty and sweet. The heat of the laser is a wee bit salty but the customer service and professionalism is ever so sweet. Taking care of sun damage before it becomes a serious concern to my well-being.
Made me feel very at ease
I’ve just started getting facial injections at ArtMed. I was a little hesitant and a bit nervous about the whole procedure. Sarah was so good! She’s a nurse and she explained everything she was going to do. She educated me on the whole process and made me feel very at ease. She is very professional but yet friendly at the same time. I know what to expect post visit and am able to message her with any questions or concerns. She is top notch!! Such a wonderful, kind and caring lady. I will definitely be back for follow up appointments with Sarah. She is the best!! 5 STARS from this satisfied customer!!
