I have been coming to Monaco for a few years now. The staff are always so warm and welcoming! Debra and Jen are the sweetest and honestly I have a blast when I am there. They always take the time to explain the process and the products in detail. They are honest and not pushy.

I chose Monaco Spa in Ancaster to complete The Art and Applications Cosmetic Injections Course. I cannot explain how happy I am with my choice. Working alongside Jen gave me the skill and knowledge to perform as a cosmetic injection nurse confidently and competently. The course is broken down into theory and hands-on learning. The reading material that is provided is detailed; it encompasses all that needs to be known and understood to be a successful nurse injector. From the history of Botox, the different types of fillers, techniques of injecting, adverse events and interventions, to consent, photography methods, and consultation tips – the list goes on – but, this course covers it all. The experience was comfortable – she was approachable with any questions I had and encouraging all the way through.

Jen performs with a refined artistic approach with every client, shaping their faces and enhancing their existing beautiful features. There is a personal edge about being Jen’s client – where she works on getting to know and understand you better as a person. Her warm bedside nurse manner is unmatched – where she tends to her clients and provides them with extra time, care and attention. Jen makes the whole experience, whether you are a client or a student, welcoming, pleasant, and memorable.

I love getting my Botox done here! Jennifer is amazing. After seeing several other injectors (not at any of the Monaco locations), she has been the first to eliminate the “Spock brow” I always ended up with after seeing the other injectors. I’m always very happy with my results and have never needed to come back for a touch up a couple weeks later. Jennifer is so friendly and easy to talk to. She quickly starts feeling like a friend. She is very knowledgeable, clearly know her craft and cares about her work. 100% would recommend Monaco!

Jenny at the Ancaster location is just amazing.
