A Registered Nurse and Injection Specialist, Helen brings almost a decade of clinical nursing experience and injectable expertise. Sandie, another Registered Nurse and Injection Specialist, specializes in facial aesthetics and has over 30 years of nursing experience.
Kim, a Registered Operating Room Nurse with nearly 40 years of experience, plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of the surgical facility. Katarina Peric, a Medical Aesthetician/Skin Care Specialist/Laser Technician, offers individualized skin care plans. Wenne, a Registered Practical Nurse and Laser Technician is part of the surgical team and excels in patient care.
The administrative team is led by Kelly, the operations manager, who ensures efficient office functioning and excellent customer service. The Surgical and Patient Care Coordinator, Allison, has over 25 years of experience enhancing client experiences. If I could rate this 10 stars I would. I have waited a long time to have blepharoplasty surgery done and thankfully I came across Dr. Javidnia and her team. I was comfortable from the moment I walked in and was assured this was the right place during my consultation. The time they took to go over the process and procedure until the end of my surgery I was comforted, reassured and given the patience with my surgery. I will only be looking here for any facial cosmetic surgeries with the now confidence Dr. Javidnia has given me.

I am always so impressed by Sandie, one of the registered nurses who practices there. She is thorough, honest, kind, and all-around professional. I trust her. To me, that is super important. I have to add that Allison, the receptionist, is also amazing. She remembers me. It’s not like I’m there every week, but she knows me.
The quality of work all around is trustworthy, and I will keep returning.
Very nice way of dealing with clients
Dr Javidnia and the staff have a very nice way of dealing with clients. Post surgery and afterwards they answered questions and concerns. The place is very clean and professional. I had above-lid surgery and my only issue was that the cut lines were outside the eye creases so you see the scars slightly but I’m sure over time the scars will fade. With that said I was still very happy and pleased with the overall results and glad that I finally took care of an issue that really bothered me.

From the time we booked our appointment and to this day I have been extremely happy with the services and care that I have received. Particularly Nurse Sandie which I have been under her care for the last 12+ years. A very professional attitude and your very good looks are the only thing they care about. After all these years with Sandie, I keep receiving compliments and how young I look.
