Meet Janet, the primary injector at True Aesthetics. With BScN, RN, and CNCC(C) qualifications, she brings over a decade of experience, combining her background in cosmetic nursing and Intensive Care. Janet’s passion for aesthetic injectables is driven by her desire to blend her love for caring with the art and science of beauty.
True Aesthetics was born out of Janet’s search for a clinic that resonated with her values and treatment preferences. She envisioned a space with integrity, prioritizing the patient experience and providing a safe, unhurried environment free from judgment or pressure. As a tenderheart, Janet deeply cares about ensuring people feel heard and respected.
Beyond her compassion, Janet is captivated by the science of beauty, delving into ratios, measurements, and the physiology of aging. Committed to continuous learning, she has undertaken additional injector courses, working closely with the brilliant Medical Directors Dr. Andrew Morrissey and Dr. Raiyan Chowdhury.
Dr. Morrissey specializes in Aesthetic and Functional Rhinoplasty and holds double board certifications in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (Canadian) and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (American). Meanwhile, Dr. Chowdhury, a Critical Care Medicine Specialist and Assistant Professor at the University of Alberta, brings expertise in Otolaryngology (Head and Neck Surgery).
