About Dr. Sheetal Sapra
Dr. Sapra received extensive training and education in his respected field prior to opening his private practice. He received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of British Columbia. Dr. Sapra then completed his dermatology training at the University of Ottawa and Dalhousie University. Dr. Sapra has proudly served the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas for over 25 years, providing a unique combination of plastic surgery, medical dermatology, clinical research, and non-invasive skin rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments at ICLS. Every solution provided is best in class and tailored to each patient’s specific needs. Dr. Sapra and his team are committed to the cultural cornerstones of safety, respect, professionalism, and compassion, resulting in high patient satisfaction.
As the Director of Dermatology and founder of the Centre for Clinical Trials at ICLS, Dr. Sapra and his team conduct both original research and clinical trials alongside the pharmaceutical industry with the aim of providing patients with new treatment options. Dr. Sapra serves as a consultant, an instructor, a spokesperson, and an educator for various laser system types. I was welcomed into the beautiful office by the fantastic Reception Team. The nurse, Lauren, is very friendly and thorough in the process, the assessment and the potential options available to me pending examination. Dr. Sapra is very kind and professional and the entire dermatological procedure was completed without pain or discomfort. It was a true pleasure to be seen by such a wonderfully efficient and effective dermatological team.
Very professional
Very professional place and knowledge. Julia has been my nurse for all my laser treatment. She is nice, kind, patient and very friendly. Dr. Sapra is very good in acne treatment as well. Their price may cost a bit more than other, but you pay whatever it deserve. I wish I could know them a lot longer than now. Highly recommend.
Wonderful experience
I came to see Dr. Sapra for a skin condition. I got an appointment next day after contacting the office. Within a few minutes of seeing him, we came up with a game plan to address my issue and treatment was started that day. This is the most confident I have been in the last 5 years that my condition would be dealt with!

Kind and pleasant
I’ve never met office staff and office nurses that are as nice as ICLS staff. They are kind and pleasant when you speak to them. They answer the phones quickly. I never feel I am bothering them. Dr. Sapra is also the same, kind, never rushing me and listens to all my concerns.
