Dr. John Kao is a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Medicine with an Honours degree in Physiology and the Plastic Surgery Program at the University of Toronto. He completed one year of surgical internship at the Wellesley Hospital at the University of Toronto. Following this, he spent 5 years of specialty training in Plastic Surgery at the University of Toronto. Dr. Kao has been practicing in his Markham clinic since 1998.
He is an active member of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Canadian Society of Aesthetic (Cosmetic) Plastic Surgery. He has attended many courses and seminars in order to keep up to date on the latest, best technology and skills required for excellent results on his patients.
