Dr. Kao, John, and his awesome staff were absolutely breathtaking. Dr. Kao is extremely talented. I am so happy I went with this awesome group of kind people. The nurses overnight were so sweet, took care of me so well. I am still so blown away at their services and their kindness. Before I could clear my throat, they were at my bedside, checking up on me if I was ok. Very obvious they were always watching me or listening to me so closely. It shows their patient care is phenomenal. Off course have to mention their Nurse Sue, an absolutely lovely lady & beautiful soul, who understands you from everyone’s perspective. Responds to text messages within minutes. Her patient care is awesome. Even receptionists were awesome on the phone, they get to the point and get done what needs to be done. Nobody wastes time.

Dr. Kao is an amazing doctor and surgeon! It was one of the best patient/doctor experiences I’ve had. He is very knowledgeable, patient, ensures all questions are answered, and really knows what he’s doing. His work was great, I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Doctor John Kao is the best! Where do I begin… It first started years ago when I went to see him for a breast reduction. He asked me if I was having more children (yes) because it may be best to wait until we are done (for long-term results). I was very pleased with how honest he was as I only wanted to have this surgery once and we all know after having children your breast can expand/sag. Sometimes I find doctors/surgeons can be pushy but not doctor kao. So four years later I returned back for a breast reduction and abdominoplasty. The process from start to finish was amazing! Each visit I had with him was very comfortable and his receptionist is very friendly. The day of surgery went very smooth, it was during covid times so I had to go in alone BUT the staff at Markham Stouffville were so nice. I could not believe how stress-free it was walking into the operating room. The staff in the operating room made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. After I woke up I felt no pain and doctor Kao came to see me first thing in the morning to check in on me and see how I was feeling. Over my healing process, he was always available by telephone/e-mail and answered any questions that I had. I am so very happy with my results it has been 6 months and I still can’t believe how great of a job was done! I would highly recommend doctor Kao as your plastic surgeon and have no regrets as he and staff have been nothing but professional and AWESOME!
