In other word…amazing service!
I did my first cosmetic procedure threading with Dr. Basil 2 yrs ago. What’s good is that the result is not drastic so that people will notice that I have done cosmetic surgery. I probably just looked more rested. The downside is that it probably doesn’t last as long and there’s still a week’s downtime. I say probably 5 out of 10 days towards the end I had slight puffiness. I also did boosters and fillers shots for my creepy neck over this 1 year. I found this procedure results were drastically beneficial for me. This neck cosmetic cocktail maintenance advice by Dr. Basil was a wise alternative than neck lift surgery for me. I do like working with Dlux Lab because I find everyone there does do their best. Their attention to detail is excellent. In other word…amazing service!

My experience was overwhelmingly positive, from the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff member and was taken into the treatment room.I felt that my concerns were validated and a clear plan was put in place to address those concerns. I really want to highlight the detailed and comprehensive plan that Dr. Basil put in place, as well as the professionalism and knowledgeability of the nurses and staff at the clinic.
The results were overwhelming positive, my skin looks much better, and I highly recommend using the products as advised since it played a major role in keeping my skin clear, and results long-lasting.
Very experienced and went above and beyond
Definitely have to say, this was by far one of my best clinic experiences ever. The team was knowledge, accommodating, helpful, not pushy, sensitive to my insecurities and did not give in when I proved to have them suggest what I may “need.”
Dr. Basil was thorough, hands on, what looked like very experienced and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, educated in the procedure as well as the post-care.
I’ll definitely be back soon for other treatments—I felt so at home! Although, I’m super pleased with the results that I’m not sure how soon I’ll need to be there.
