Dr. Waqqas Jalil is a highly trained surgeon proficient in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery. Dr. Jalil received his medical degree from the University of Saskatchewan and underwent training in both Canada and the United States. He is passionate about transforming the lives of patients through plastic and reconstructive surgery while putting the patient at the center of their own surgical experience.
About Dr. Waqqas Jalil
Dr. Jalil is a graduate of the University of Manitoba’s Plastic Residency Program. During this residency training, Dr. Jalil developed his passion for breast reconstruction and aesthetic surgery. Shortly after, Dr. Jalil completed his training at the esteemed Lenox Hill Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Fellowship Program for Breast Reconstruction and Aesthetics, where he worked alongside some of the most accomplished aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgeons. While there, he was able to hone his methods and abilities and learn more about the most cutting-edge surgical techniques.
Following his fellowship, Dr. Jalil worked at North York General Hospital where he specialized in the reconstruction of oncological abnormalities and had expertise in the management of skin cancer and breast reconstruction. Focusing on this area of surgery coupled with his studies has given him a wealth of knowledge, an evaluation of his techniques, skills, and understanding of every aspect of surgery and construction.
Dr. Jalil is devoted to quality throughout the whole patient experience and upholding a culture in which all questions are acknowledged and thoughtfully addressed in order to fully accomplish the patient’s vision. Dr. Jalil uses precision and intention to give patients the best results possible in a respectful and caring setting.

Additional Information
When not doing surgery at FORM Face + Body, Dr. Jalil is engaged in academic pursuits at the University of Toronto, where he teaches and conducts research. Dr. Jalil enjoys going to sporting events, such as the NBA, being active by biking and running, and is a foodie who is constantly seeking out the newest restaurants in Toronto.

I came here to get my breast augmentation done here at Form face + body with Dr. Jalil. He’s done an excellent job with my breast aug – they look fantastic so far! Very knowledgable about what he does and has been so amazing from start to finish! Dr. Jalil and his team made me feel super comfortable during the surgical procedure as I came in there extremely nervous. I’m from out of province and he has made sure to keep in touch during my healing/recovering process with virtual consults. Melissa has been so amazing as well. Having access to her via text message with any questions or concerns and getting a response pretty quickly – even when the office is closed!
If I ever decide go through another procedure, Dr. Jalil will be my number one choice.
Amazing Surgeon
Dr. Jalil is an amazing surgeon. A real artist. I have had 2 surgeries with him. He gave me back my body after 2 kids and lots of fertility hormones. I look and feel amazing and had the best experience with Dr Jalil and his team. They are top notch. I recommend him to everyone who asks me how I got my body back!!!

Dr Jalil and his team (especially Melissa) at Form are absolutely amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about my entire experience. I am now 3 weeks post op from my surgical procedures and Dr Jalil’s work has literally changed my life for the better! Everyone is so personable and so easy to talk to – even when you have a million questions to ask (I’m that person). I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone!
