Dr. Paul Oxley is a board-certified plastic surgeon performing cosmetic surgery at two private clinics in Surrey and Vancouver. Dr. Oxley focuses on breast surgery, hand surgery, and reconstruction linked to cancer and trauma. Prior to beginning his own practice, he received extensive training in local hospitals as well as abroad in London and Paris.
About Dr. Paul J. Oxley
Dr. Oxley relocated to British Columbia in 1990, and he later earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honours from UBC and a medical degree from the UBC School of Medicine, graduating in the top ten percent of his class. He then completed his plastic surgery residency at Vancouver General, UBC, St. Paul’s, and abroad. Dr. Oxley has substantial experience doing all types of plastic surgery at Surrey Memorial Hospital and Royal Columbian Hospital.
To ensure that he keeps the competence, skills, and capacity to execute plastic surgery treatments with a high degree of care, Dr. Oxley has invested the time and training necessary to hold a number of affiliations. Patients can feel secure in Dr. Oxley’s care because of his experience and his training with several surgeons. He continuously gives his patients the greatest results by utilizing cutting-edge technology and methods. Being able to make an immediate difference in people’s lives as a cosmetic surgeon is one of his favorite aspects of his job. Additional Information
Dr. Oxley is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of British Columbia Division of Plastic Surgery. He has trained residents from the Universities of Calgary and Western Ontario. Dr. Oxley is an active member of the surgical community; he is a key organizer of the annual Fraser Valley Breast Reconstruction Awareness Day event in the Lower Mainland. Since 2002, he has volunteered with Operation Smile in both Bolivia and China, assisting children and adults with treatable diseases who would otherwise go without care. He also gave back to the community by serving as an Olympic Village Surgeon during the 2010 Olympic Games.
Dr. Oxley enjoys competitive triathlons, skiing, scuba diving, running, and cycling in addition to his surgical practice. Additionally, he was a founder rider of the RBC Whistler GranFondo, a member of the Canadian Triathlon Team, and a past director of the White Rock Museum.

Great surgeon
Dr.Oxley is a great surgeon. My upper eyelids were bothering me for a while. I was referred by my family doctor to see Dr.Oxley. When the first time for consolation, he was very friendly, confident and active. He answered all of my concerns, including if can cover by msp. He sent me for the special eye exam, after 2 months I got a call from his assistant Sandra and I just had an amazing blepharoplasty 3 weeks ago. The surgery went very well as he has 18 years experience. I was very comfortable. He explained everything to an intern. Just 3 weeks, I can see the difference and I am so happy with the result. I will be back when I need any plastic surgeries. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Dr. Oxley and your team.

Dr. Oxley has been one of the best surgeons and Sandra , words can’t explain how helpful she is. I know I could be annoying. She was super sweet and always trying to help me. I have SOOOO pleased with my results so far it’s been 2 weeks post-op. Surgery was smooth. Super impressed. I’m glad I picked Dr. Oxley for my breast surgery.

Fantastic Job
Dr. Oxley did a fantastic job. I healed the “textbook” way. All my concerns were addressed. He knows exactly what will look good for your body type. Sandra ( the receptionist) made my experience very comfortable. She helped me make some decisions as well giving me honest opinions…. She knows exactly what she’s talking about ! I am so happy I took my friend’s recommendation and went with Dr Oxley. It’s been over a year since my surgery and I’m still so happy with my results !
