I got a mini neck lift procedure a little over a week ago – I am beyond excited and content with the results already, the entire experience exceeded my expectations as a 28 year old seeking out cosmetic surgery for the first time!

Dr. Tong and his team were my first choice after reading many reviews and doing a lot of research on my desired outcome.

While I had to wait a few months for my consult, it was well worth the wait – Dr. Tong has an excellent bedside manner, I immediately felt at ease in his office and he suggested the perfect procedure for me that wasn’t overkill considering my age/health – he also provided a great deal of information regarding all my options for other procedures so I felt confident and informed enough to proceed with the best option considering factors like my age/finances/desired results.

From the day I booked my appointment, I’ve felt that same confidence alongside every stage of the process. Dr Tong’s team are delightful and excel in customer service – Jean and Shannon as well as all the nurses I encountered the day of my surgery have been so responsive, helpful, warm and patient. They truly create an environment where you feel secure and comfortable, and know your questions and concerns will always be answered in a timely manner and with care.

Recovery has gone faster and easier than expected which I am sure is a testament to the great care Dr Tong puts into every procedure, as well as the fact that he gave me all the information necessary for pre and post op care to achieve the best healing and results.

I’m so happy to say that thanks to Dr Tong and his team, I absolutely love the way my face looks. I feel like a new person practically and can’t wait to resume my life post-recovery with this new confidence and overall comfort with my appearance. I will certainly be returning if I need any more procedures done in the future, thank you again!

It’s been several months since I had my procedure w/ Dr Tong and I’m really happy. I flew in from out of province and felt really nervous about the time and commitment and outcome but it’s been going so well for me! Jean was always professional and also kind and the OR nurses had some of the best bedside manners I’ve experienced; I really felt genuinely cared about. I had a breast reduction as well as a scar revision on my nose May 31.

From the moment I started the first point of contact everything was incredibly professional, kind and supportive.

Dr. Tong and his staff provided me with all the answers to my questions and gave me time to think about my decision. I went into surgery completely positive and excited for the outcome.
