Dr. Cory Goldberg is a dual board-certified Plastic Surgeon in both Canada and the United States, with a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering specializing in stem cell science and tissue engineering. He is also certified in Functional Medicine. His practice uniquely integrates advanced plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine, and longevity science to help patients achieve natural, long-lasting results.
Dr. Goldberg’s surgical expertise centers on facial rejuvenation, including facelift and neck lift, brow lift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty (primary and secondary, in limited volume), and his special interest in phenol–Croton oil peels. He also performs comprehensive body contouring procedures such as abdominoplasty, brachioplasty, circumferential body lift, thigh lift, and liposuction. His breast surgery practice includes augmentation, mastopexy (breast lift), reduction, combination mastopexy–augmentation, and complex secondary and revisional procedures. Additionally, he offers hair restoration using follicular unit extraction (FUE) with the SmartGraft system.
As a craniofacial surgery-trained specialist, Dr. Goldberg brings exceptional technical precision and artistic vision to every procedure. His clinical philosophy bridges aesthetic enhancement with proactive health optimization through his BeautySpan Program, which supports patients in achieving their best aesthetic outcomes while promoting healthy longevity over a lifetime.
Dr. Goldberg currently practices at FORM Face and Body plastic surgery. Soon his practice will relocate to a new state-of-the-art facility at 90 Eglinton Avenue East, where he will continue offering consultations and surgical services. He serves as Chief Medical Officer at SUPERFFORM and holds the position of Chair of the Professional Advisory Committee, overseeing quality assurance and professional staff management as Medical Director for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
In addition to his Toronto-based practice, Dr. Goldberg travels quarterly to Sault Ste. Marie, where he provides locum coverage at Sault Area Hospital, focusing on general plastic surgery, trauma, and oncologic reconstruction. He also consults at Laser Advantage, a non-surgical aesthetic clinic. Patients from Sault Ste. Marie who choose surgical procedures receive their operations in Toronto, with coordinated follow-up care managed seamlessly between the two locations by Stephanie Lusk.
Through his integrated approach to plastic surgery and wellness, Dr. Goldberg helps patients not only look their best but optimize their health and vitality for years to come.
