Dr. Levine, a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the principal surgeon at Harmony Cosmetic in Toronto, has accumulated a wealth of experience working with a wide range of patients and aesthetic concerns. He attended McGill University and has the distinction of being the only surgeon in Toronto to hold the Doctorate of Medicine and Master of Surgery (MDCM) degree. After that, he finished his study in plastic surgery at the University of Toronto and pursued a fellowship in microsurgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School.

Dr. Levine is an award-winning surgeon, professor, and researcher. Along with running his clinic, Dr. Levine also oversees all surgical specialties at the university and teaches hundreds of students as a Full Professor in the Department of Surgery and Director of Post-Graduate Surgery at the University of Toronto. Dr. Levine did my surgery almost 8 years ago now. I chose a larger size that many surgeons won’t even do because it takes actual skill to know how to place XL implants. I have had ZERO complications. No scar tissue, no thinning of the skin, no capsular contracture, no bottoming out, nothing. I’m also a type 1 diabetic so he had me be the first one in the O.R., he briefed my concerned mum and told her not to worry and he thoroughly followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was healing properly since diabetes can slow it down.
He’s also incredibly honest and I found him very easy to talk to. He’s forward and straight up and realistic about what you can expect.
Great experience
I first met with Dr. Levine in 2007 and 09 to discuss my augmentation that was done by a surgeon that had unfortunately passed away. I liked Dr. Levine as he was very honest and seemed genuine. His office is not fancy like some places I have seen on line, which I like because looks don’t make you a good surgeon. I am going back to see him to discuss the same issue. I am driving 2 hours when I could go to someone closer.
His receptionist is also great. I had reports sent to the office and had a couple of conversations with her about them. I also had to cancel and reschedule my appointment because of an unforeseen engine problem. She was very understanding and rebooked me (sorry I don’t remember her name).
I would recommend Dr. Levine to anyone who is apprehensive about surgery or is looking for a new surgeon. I do not understand the couple of negative reviews posted. Overall great experience years ago and I am looking forward to my upcoming appointment.
Amazing Job
I’ve seen Dr Levine several times and over several years. First surgery was back in 2001. He did an amazing job. He also did my friends breast augmentation and another friend’s rhinoplasty. Everyone was pleased with the results. Christie (receptionist) has been nothing short of amazing with me. She’s informative, patient and compassionate. She put me at ease many times when I was spiraling. I also do not understand the negative reviews. I highly recommend Dr Levine. He is educated, experienced and direct. All of which I appreciate as a patient. And the results for me have always been positive. The only regret I have is that I didn’t do some things early in life. If your on the fence, go in for a consult and get an educated, informative consult and not a sales pitch! Good luck to everyone with your decisions.
Fantastic
Dr. Levine is fantastic ,. I had breast augmentation done a few years ago at a local Drs. Office in St Catarines, I was put in for multiple revisions due to scar tissue. After every revision nothing changed one of my implants created so much scar tissue, it was as hard as a softball, I went to see Dr. Levine he did an assessment and fixed my problem, new implants and he cleaned out all of the scar tissue. My breasts feel like they don’t have an implant in them , my surgery was excellent no surprises when I woke up, as well as not really having any pain. I will say they may not be real, but they are spectacular. Dr. Levine is awesome, highly recommend. Thank you so much. ?
