Dr. Dixon’s impressive educational background includes a medical degree from McGill University’s School of Medicine and further training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto. Her dedication to her field led her to pursue a three-year sub-specialty with The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Vermont, ultimately obtaining an Accredited Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Presently, Dr. Dixon serves as a member of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center, as well as an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto.

I could not be more pleased with the excellent service we received at Anova Fertility & Reproductive Health!! We received an appointment within two weeks. This was of the upmost importance to us, as timing is of the essence with fertility. I had a great experience with Anova – specifically the downtown location. They are very accommodating and kind. The nurses also do a great job explaining medical results, how to take medication and follow-up. In addition I had my consultation and egg freezing with Dr Dixon and she is absolutely phenomenal!!! She made the experience fun, stress-free and easy! She has great interpersonal skills , but is very knowledgeable! She is a gem!
Dr. Dixon herself is fantastic
I have recently started my process with Dr.Dixon after seeing her on tv speaking about the same uterine issue that I have. I’ve been seeing specialists and doctors for 4 years now, sometimes waiting upwards of 11 months to be seen and received no help. I was at the point of considering looking out of country for help or giving up on ever finding a doctor who cared and then I came across Dr.Dixon. I got an appointment within a week or so of being referred and had a phone appointment. From there we started blood draws, ultrasounds and my sono. Typically I am extremely fearful of needles and HATE getting blood drawn and have had nurses struggle to find a vein. The nurses at both North York and University are fantastic. No pain, quick and easy and always so kind. The ultrasound technicians check in and are also very kind. Dr.Dixon herself is fantastic. She did my sono and even through the pain, she was making me laugh and chatting. I am very excited to continue on with a doctor who cares and so grateful to finally feel like somebody’s in my corner and will help. Big thank you to every staff member who’s worked with me thus far and Dr.Dixon! It’s hard to find a specialist, hospital or anywhere that you go at a low point that has strictly good reviews, but I urge you to reach out and form your own opinion on Anova, I’m so glad I did.

My time at Anova has been great. Dr. Dixon and the team have been wonderful in helping me and my husband start our family. We just graduated and couldn’t be happier to expecting our bundle of joy. Dr. Dixon is so caring and compassionate which made this journey easier. The nurses, ultrasound technicians and everyone who was a part of my ivf journey I thank you and I am looking forward to coming back to Anova for baby number two ????
