These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute an agreement between you ('User' or 'you') and Beautifi Solutions Inc. ('Beautifi', 'we', 'our' or 'us'). These Terms apply to all users and govern your use of www.beautifi.com ('Site') and all products and services offered through the Site ('Services').
Beautifi provides unsecured consumer financing and acts as the lender of record for all loans offered on the Site. All financing is provided directly by Beautifi. Beautifi also operates a digital platform that connects consumers with third-party healthcare providers. Beautifi does not provide medical or healthcare services and is not responsible for the quality or outcomes of those services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Site and Services. You agree to provide truthful, complete, and current information when using the Site, including applying for financing or registering for services. Beautifi may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Clinics using the platform are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
All Services are subject to the terms of any specific agreement you enter into with Beautifi (e.g., Finance Agreement). In case of inconsistency between these Terms and a specific agreement, the specific agreement will govern.
Information on the Site is believed to be reliable but may not always be current or complete. All applications for financing are subject to approval at Beautifi’s sole discretion. Beautifi is the lender of record for all consumer loans and provides financing directly to approved applicants.
The Services are intended for users located in Canada. You are responsible for compliance with all local laws if you access the Site from another jurisdiction.
The Site and Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Beautifi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
By completing a Beautifi qualification application, you authorize us to obtain a soft credit inquiry to assess your eligibility for financing offers. This soft inquiry will not affect your credit score. If you choose to proceed with an offer by requesting a loan contract, you further authorize us to perform a hard credit inquiry, which may impact your credit score.
You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by contacting us at 1-800-969-7034. In some cases, as required by law, Beautifi may continue to collect, use and disclose personal information after you have withdrawn consent. If you withdraw your consent for any purpose required to provide our product or service to you, we may no longer be able to provide that product or service to you.
You may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content on the Site is owned by Beautifi or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Beautifi and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. You agree to indemnify Beautifi from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for any disputes related to these Terms or the Services
Beautifi may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Beautifi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at its discretion, with or without notice or cause.
