About Dr. Philip Solomon
Dr. Solomon is certified in Canada and the United States in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He completed medical school and a five-year residency training program for head and neck surgery at the University of Toronto, one of the world’s leading education centres. Along with surgery for the head and neck, his training concentrated on facial reconstruction surgery and facial cosmetic procedures including rhinoplasty, facelifts, blepharoplasty, and otoplasty. Dr. Solomon was mentored by internationally renowned experts in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as cosmetic and reconstructive rhinoplasty surgery. Following his residency, Dr. Solomon continued his education by spending an additional year honing his skills in facial cosmetic surgery and travelling internationally with highly regarded experts in the field. Dr. Solomon went on to receive the prestigious American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery certification (ABFPRS). This is achieved by only a select number of surgeons province-wide in Ontario.

Dr. Solomon recently completed an eight-year, two-term tenure as Chief of Surgery at Mackenzie Health Hospital. He remains a respected surgeon on the surgical staffs of Mackenzie Health Hospital, Etobicoke General Hospital, and St. Michael’s Hospital in downtown Toronto. Dr. Solomon is a member of the teaching staff at the University of Toronto’s Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, Division of Facial Plastic Surgery. He has also co-mentored a clinical fellowship in nasal physiology and surgery and has been involved in resident and medical student education in nasal and facial plastic surgery. Moreover, Dr. Solomon has written numerous articles on facial cosmetic surgery, including research studies on rhinoplasty surgery.

I felt like the only patient he had with the undivided attention he showed and his availability. Nancie and the staff go above and beyond to help anyway they can and they all make you feel very comfortable and at ease with the whole process. My entire family has now had a turn with one thing or another between the visits to Dr. Solomon and the medical spa and we all feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful place to go and be taken such phenomenal care of.

AMAZING Results!!! Dr. Solomon’s work is incredible and his team are excellent. My experience at the Davenport clinic has been fantastic. I highly recommend their services and the results speak for themselves. I had a hairline lowering/forehead reduction and upper lip lift which was a major decision, especially with a facial surgery and I wanted to make the right choice. After a lot of research and inquiries and then having gone through the surgery, I am so happy I went with Dr. Solomon. The results are so natural and exactly what I wanted. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Solomon and his staff! I was recommended to Dr. Solomon by my ENT. I had a dorsal hump, and a badly deviated septum. After reading amazing reviews, I decided to book my consultation with them; I am so happy I did. Dr. Solomon listened to my concerns and was absolutely awesome during consults. Their clinic staff is the best, everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. My procedure went flawlessly, and my recovery was very low maintenance. I had very little bruising and discomfort. I am absolutely thrilled with my results, Dr. Solomon gave me my dream nose and significantly improved my breathing! Best decision ever!

It took me 10 years to build up the courage to get a facelift. I was very unhappy with my many wrinkles, my droopy eyes , my lack of chin and sagging neck. After I met Dr. Solomon and he answered all my questions, I felt so at ease and knew I was in good hands. He has a very warm disposition and is a very skilled surgeon. His nurses and staff are amazing. To my surprise, I had no pain at recovery, just some discomfort. The whole procedure was so worth it. I am so thrilled with the way I look now -I feel and look years younger.

I had an appointment with Dr Solomon yesterday afternoon and I left feeling confident and happy! I was interested in using filler to rejuvenate and feminize my cheeks. I immediately felt welcomed by the team and could tell I was in a safe space. The consultation itself was very informative and positive. I felt like my goals were understood and I decided to get filler done the same day. I was surprised that it was pain free, fast and the results were immediate + amazing! Thanks to Dr Solomon’s technique, I didn’t bruise at all and I have only minor swelling which is healing nicely. I left the appointment with my head held higher and feeling great!
