About Dr. Mathew Mosher
After earning an undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University, Dr. Mosher obtained a medical degree from the University of British Columbia. He spent 2 years in general practice before completing his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Saskatchewan. His advanced training includes an aesthetic surgery fellowship under internationally acclaimed plastic surgeon Dr. B.F. Connell in California and additional specialized training in Toronto, Dallas, and Honolulu.
Dr. Mosher is an active member of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Canadian Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Society, the Canadian Laser Aesthetic Surgery Society, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
By listening closely to his patients describe their aesthetic goals and having an honest discussion about their best options, Dr. Mosher is able to help patients understand the types of results they can realistically expect. He knows after 26 years, that patients must be involved in the decision-making process and they appreciate his willingness to explain not just what he’s recommending, but why he believes it’s the best treatment path.

Additional Information
During his career, Dr. Mosher has volunteered his services to Project H.A.N.D.S., where he helps less fortunate children and adults in Guatemala. Dr. Mosher and a team of doctors, nurses, and other Project H.A.N.D.S. volunteers have made trips for several years, sharing the same skills and experience he uses to perform plastic surgery for his Vancouver area patients.
In his free time, Dr. Mosher enjoys being active. You can find him on the ski hills, dirt-bike track or on a fishing boat.

Amazing
The staff at YES are amazing from the first interaction! I had such a great experience start to finish, with the entire team, for my breast augmentation. Dr. Mosher is excellent and my results could literally not be better! Being someone who has always worked in customer service I can genuinely say that the client care here is above and beyond. Glad I chose Dr. Mosher
I can not say enough good things about Dr.Mosher & his team. I had a tummy tuck in January 2022 & still can not believe the results (and I’m still healing!!). After 3 kids (and 3 c sections, I never imagined my body could look like this). I was super nervous & so scared for the surgery & recovery. Right up until I was put under Dr.Mosher was so kind, he held my hand & reassured me that I would be ok and that he would take good care of me – Which he did. I felt very cared for by the nurses after my surgery, and that care continued through my post op care too.
I have a large tattoo on my stomach & Dr. Mosher took extra care to make sure it looked good. I was worried it would be all stretched out & distorted, but it’s perfect. I actually like it more now then before my surgery! I really cannot rave enough about Yes Medspa. I know there are so many surgeons to choose from & I felt overwhelmed by that choice. But I am so glad I chose Dr. Mosher.
Also, I did read a few reviews that said he is cold or unfriendly, that Is SO not true. I found him extremely personable, kind, supportive and had great bedside manor.
Since my surgery I have gone back & had Dr. Mosher do some botox on my face & Will for sure be back when it’s time again! Basically anything cosmetic I ever want to get done, He will be doing it!
Wonderful and Professional Surgeon
I had a wonderful experience with YES Clinic . Dr. Mosher was a wonderful and a professional surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. In addition, Dr. Mosher made me feel extremely comfortable thorough out the whole process and I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. Dr. Mosher did a great job for my Gynecomastia surgery. The result is fabulous and I didn’t have any discomfort or any swelling, I’m so pleased with the result. Dr. Mosher is incredible and I would highly recommend him to whoever is looking to get Gynecomastia surgery. I’d like to thank Dr. Mosher and his team for their outstanding efforts at making an easy and painless recovery possible for me. I would highly recommend YES Medspa & Cosmetic Surgery Centre.
Wouldn't go anywhere else
My two surgeries were a 20 year dream come true. After a lot of hard work getting into shape I realized that dream. November 2020 and June 2021. I absolutely am so grateful to Dr. Mosher and his team. I felt so good from start to finish. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Dr. Mosher is the best
Always a pleasure to go to my appointments. All the staff are great! Dr. Mosher is the best! He’s honest and professional and I trust him completely. Have been seeing him for various services for almost 18 years. Britani is also amazing! Love how she always wants to make sure your results are the best they can be. You can tell she loves her job!
