About Dr. Kashif Irshad
The 360 Sleeve branch of Clinic 360 benefits from the special knowledge and experience that Dr. Irshad has to offer. He is thought to have carried out around 3000 stomach operations, including difficult bariatric revisions. Dr. Irshad started his education in 1998 and finished his formal general surgery training at McGill University, where he also earned his medical degree He received a distinguished fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh after completing his studies in thoracic surgery at McMaster University, where he also developed the skills necessary for his intense interest in minimally invasive thoracic surgery. Dr. Irshad was trained directly by Dr. Jim Luketich, an internationally recognized thoracic surgeon. He currently serves as the William Osler Health System’s Division Chief of Thoracic and Foregut Surgery. Dr. Irshad will provide patients with the highest caliber of care when they seek his services.

Dr. Irshad is an active professional in his area, helping other surgeons across the nation to advance their knowledge in minimally invasive surgery. He has contributed to the first Minimally Invasive Esophagectomies series in Canada and has written extensively on gastric and esophageal surgery. At a national conference in 2009, Dr. Irshad presented his findings. Additionally, Dr. Irshad and his mentor carried out surgery for a real-time “Telesurgery Event.” He is a highly sought-after surgeon in his specialty because of his distinctive skill set and well-known bariatric and esophageal expertise.

Nothing less than phenomenal
I choose 360 Sleeve after a very detailed information session with Dr Irshad 8 months ago. I had surgery 6 months ago, and every day I know that I made the right choice. The pre op and post op support has been nothing less than phenomenal. Alina in the office is just wonderful. A special acknowledgement to Yolanda who was right there with me every single step of the way. Yolanda is not only fantastic at her job and taking care of you, she is also just a lovely person.
The day of surgery Dr Irshad, Dr Kundhal & Dr Giad took the time to make sure I was comfortable, prepared and answered any last minute questions. The nursing & administration staff we all kind, caring, patient and attentive. The follow up care has been amazing, Dr. Kundhal has been so kind, patient and thorough during all of the follow up visits and whenever I needed anything at all.
If I could give more then 5 stars I would.
6 months later I have lost 80 lbs and living my best life thanks to the team at 360 Sleeve.
Best care I've ever experienced
Clinic 360 is where I underwent VSG (sleeve) surgery. After a lot of research I chose Clinic 360 based on their reviews and attention to client details. I have to say I have never felt so cared for in regards to my health. From Alana the office manager, to Yolanda my head nurse and Dr. Irshad my surgeon…the care has been the best I’ve ever experienced.
I have never had surgery or even stitches, so I was quite nervous despite the fact I knew I was in good hands. From the second I walked in the clinic (which is so beautiful), I instantly was relaxed and greeted with smiles. My anxiety was instantly calmed by the attention I received.
Waking up from surgery was very pleasant, I was greeted with three smiling faces (my overnight nurses). I had no pain, I felt wonderful actually. My nurses cared for me amazingly and there was never a time I even moved without one of them being there. It was one of the greatest sleeps I’ve had!
If you are considering VSG surgery then there is honestly no reason to look any further. I am only 2 weeks out, feeling incredible, tolerating everything and it’s thanks to Clinic 360. The attention to their clients doesn’t end when the surgery is done, in the two weeks I’ve been recovering I’ve talked to my amazing dietician twice and my surgeon twice. I am a priority at Clinic 360, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Felt like home
I had my sleeve done March 5th 2022. There are no words to describe the treatment I got here. From the moment I walked in I felt like home. There wasn’t a moment where I felt nervous, shy or insecure, there were so many laughs, great conversations and warm smiling faces. Dr. Irshad and Dr. Kundhal are absolutely amazing, Dr Irshad explained to me the surgery procedure and made me feel so relaxed before entering the operating room. From the moment I woke up I was surrounded by the kindest staff. They never left my side. My assigned nurse Yolanda is a new friend for life. She has a heart of gold. I gained a new family. I love them all so much! All the staff at clinic360/360sleeve are amazing. You all made what could have been a stressful situation an amazing experience! I’m so happy they get to be a part of my journey ♡

5 stars are not enough. I am grateful to meet such a great team of Doctors, nurses and other staff. Everyone is very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional.
I highly recommend Dr. Irshad, I had the best experience with the Doctor’s follow ups, no issues with surgery and no concerns that have not been addressed afterwards. For all of us out there that are still looking and/or wondering if they should get the sleeve done, I highly encourage all of you to GO FOR IT! go for it with professionals and here are the Best of the Best.
