Honest, smart, highly skilled, and above all: kind and compassionate. For anyone considering hair restoration, or if you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere, I highly recommend Dr. Jerry Wong.

Dr. Wong is one of those rare doctors who are not just medically brilliant but personable and respectful to their patients. Hair restoration procedures are complex and there are new ones every day. Dr. Wong, part of the Hasson & Wong practice, is at the leading edge of this research and he discusses the options available in understandable terms. He makes himself available for questions whether on the phone or in person. Dr. Wong’s own peers recognize him as one of the best doctors in Canada. and in the world, so he could charge astronomical prices if he wanted to (and people would gladly pay;) but he somehow seems to keep his fees very reasonable and affordable. He also has a top-notch office staff! They are all so professional and have great personalities.

The procedure, for me, was just an eyebrow correction of hairs, and Dr. Wong was efficient and professional and everyone in the office that day was so friendly and accommodating. Most of all, the results are terrific. Both eyebrows look even now, and the natural hairs on the left side hide that small scar that has been bothered me since college.

If I had a friend or family member who was considering hair restoration, I wouldn’t let them go anywhere else.

Great experience and great results!!! To be honest, I was skeptical of this whole experience at first, but Dr. Wong really educated me and make me very comfortable with the whole thing. The results are nothing outside of amazing. The whole experience is great! The process feels very high class and Dr. Wong is a funny man.

Now I am roughly 10 months post-surgery, I can’t emphasize how nice the results turned out. Sure I had a scar at the back of my head first, but it really isn’t that bad, no one has ever noticed even when I keep my hair short.

I’ve been saving up for years to get a hair transplant with Dr. Wong, and it was money well spent. The staff and technicians are very friendly and professional. I received undivided attention on surgery day and was sad to leave after the surgery because I was having such a great time there. Results showed after 8-10 months. It’s been 2 years since my surgery. I’m 35 but people say I look 25. This surgery bought me 10 years and so much confidence. I highly recommend Hasson and Wong.

I’m very impressed by Dr. Wong. This is only the third day after my transplant but I have to say that I am pretty confident the surgery has been successful. I have had no need for painkillers and after my meeting the day after for a hair wash at the clinic, I actually went out for some dim sum.

He has assembled a very impressive team. In particular, I would like to say that Winnie, who is one of the technologists, is outstanding. If possible one should request Winnie for both the extraction and the transplant portions of this session.

Dr. Wong is very much at the top of his game. At my first interview with him, I was impressed by his very modest demeanor. At the same time, I could tell that he was very good. After about 10 minutes into the interview, I had already made up my mind that I would go ahead with this firm. Although the procedure is relatively expensive, I feel the extra expense (above competitors) is well worth it. Especially knowing that you have one of the best to take care of your needs.
