During his training, he stood out as a leader, serving as the president of his class and actively engaging in graduate committees. He also played a pivotal role in establishing charitable organizations, some of which continue to make a positive impact on those in need today.

For the past decade, Dr. Moisseev has proudly called West Vancouver his home. He is deeply committed to being an integral part of the West Vancouver community and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care to the residents. Dr. Moisseev’s enthusiasm extends to all aspects of general dentistry, and he holds a special interest in providing minimally invasive, comprehensive, and long-term treatment solutions. To ensure his patients receive the most up-to-date care, he dedicates himself to continuous learning, regularly attending advanced education courses.
