Dr. Ashlin Alexander strongly believes that to provide the best results, one must be focused. His practice has five pillars: rhinoplasty, facelift, anti-aging face surgery, non-surgical facial rejuvenation, and hair restoration. As a Manhattan-trained Facial Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr. Alexander has devoted his entire career to the specialized treatment of the hair, nose and face, and to bringing the flair of New York City back home to Toronto.
About Dr. Ashlin Alexander
After completing his undergraduate degree (Applied Math & Engineering) and medical school at Queen’s University, Dr. Alexander was accepted into the highly competitive Otolaryngology—Head & Neck Surgery residency program at the University of Toronto. During his residency, Dr. Alexander enjoyed many successes, including the highest score on the Facial Plastic Surgery component of the National In-Training Exam and the top research award in the country for the Canadian Society of Otolaryngology. For his exceptional performance as a clinician, surgeon, teacher and leader, Dr. Alexander was elected as Chief Resident of his training program at U of T.
Following residency, Dr. Alexander was chosen to join what is arguably the top Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship in North America at New York University (Manhattan). There he trained in all aspects of facial cosmetic surgery, with a focus on rhinoplasty, facelift (aging-face) surgery and hair transplantation. He operated on New York City actors and models under the mentorship of some of the most prominent facial cosmetic surgeons in the world. While training in Manhattan, he again achieved academic success by scoring in the 97th percentile of the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Oral Examination.
Dr. Alexander chose to pursue yet another year of fellowship following his training in New York City. He was selected to join the world-famous Sydney Head and Neck Cancer Institute (Australia), where he performed the most complex facial reconstruction surgeries available today, often delicately reattaching blood vessels and nerves under a microscope with sutures finer than a strand of hair.

Thrilled with results
I saw Dr. Alexander for undereye filler (tear trough) and am absolutely thrilled with the results. It’s the first time in my life I haven’t had to wear undereye concealer. I was very nervous about the procedure but Dr. Alexander and his team made me feel so comfortable. He has an incredible bedside manner and makes you feel like you’re the only patient he has that day. He took the time to walk me through every step and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He is truly the best of the best!
Exceeded expectations
Dr. Alexander exceeded my expectations by far. I had hoped that my non-surgical rhinoplasty would give me some moderate improvement. Instead, Dr. Alexander perfected my nose, making the corrections with the precision, finesse and craftsmanship of a true artist.
He also has the best bedside manner and is very respectful and friendly. I am overjoyed with my results and would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking into the procedures he offers!
No Regrets
Dr Alexander conducted my rhinoplasty procedure in March 2022. I can say I love my nose now! It was an amazing healing process as well. He really listened to what I visioned my nose to be. He did such a natural job that no one can even tell I have gotten it done. The staff was also amazing as they kept answering questions during and after my healing process! So happy I picked him as my doctor. No regrets at all
