I am the founder of Anastasia’s Beauty and the creator and lead educator of The Eléva Method, an advanced hands-on training program that brings together three complementary modalities: lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and advanced buccal facial technique. Through The Eléva Method, I help massage therapists, estheticians, and wellness professionals move beyond isolated techniques and develop a more complete understanding of facial structure, fascia, lymphatic flow, muscular tension, and intraoral treatment. I am currently the only educator in the Prairies offering these three modalities together within one integrated professional training program. The course is approved for continuing education by five Canadian massage therapy associations, supporting practitioners across multiple provinces as they expand their skills and professional scope. These include CRMTA, MTAS, MTAM, NHPC and CMMOTA.
