Kamloops Pediatric Dentistry

location Kamloops,, BC
Dr. Jon Campbell is Kamloops’ only certified pediatric dentist and the founder of Kamloops Pediatric Dentistry. He is board certified by the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and has advanced specialty training in the oral health care of infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special health care needs. Originally trained as a general dentist, Dr. Jon quickly discovered that children were his favourite patients. His passion for pediatric care led him to complete a three-year Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (DClinDent) in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Otago in New Zealand. After returning to Canada, he spent two years teaching pediatric dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan before completing an additional year of advanced training at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and BC Children’s Hospital (BCCH). Following years of training, teaching, and clinical practice, Dr. Jon fulfilled his dream of opening his own pediatric dental practice. Kamloops Pediatric Dentistry opened in 2020
