Dr. Paul Carter is a highly trained plastic surgeon both in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery. He has had the great privilege of working both in the United Kingdom and in Canada. This has allowed him to bring innovative and reliable techniques to serve the plastic surgical needs of patients in the Halton region and the wider GTA.
