You would think for a clinic that has multiple medical expertise services under one roof, you would be just “another patient” to them. Wrong-from the minute you enter this clinic, everyone is so welcoming, helpful and kind. I highly recommend HealthOne especially Madison Noakes and the MediSpa team! They are truly the best!
Unbelievably positive experience.
Unbelievably positive experience. Called by phone, spoke with a pleasantly warm receptionist, who clearly shared when the cut off time for walk-ins was. I arrived, Kyra was so kind and supportive, collected information the office needed. Within 30 minutes I had seen the very personable and helpful Dr. Ravani. Travel was about 45 minute by TTC, but there are no good options in Midtown. Other offices in my neighbourhood were rude over the phone, or placed me on hold and never returned. I was so grateful for this contrasting brilliant experience and every extra effort to get further north was worth it. Keep up the kindness folks, I will be back and happy to report that Dr. Ravani’s advice and prescription combination worked! Thank you all.

My experience at HealthOne was very smooth and prompt. They made sure to keep me informed about the procedures. Kartik was super nice and professional. He explained the procedure to me step by step and how to maintain the health of my teeth. He even gave me a live tutorial on how to floss which I really appreciated. I definitely found the best place for my health needs
