I had a bilateral otoplasty done by Dr. Ukani. It was my very first surgery and I was nervous at first but Dr. Ukani and the nurse helped make me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed during the whole procedure with their kindness, professionalism and wonderful bedside manners. I had a breast reduction at the end of March 2023, and Dr Ukani was, and is, fantastic. Answered all of my questions, and the reception staff are responsive and kind. Like anywhere, there was a wait to get a surgery date through the hospital. However, Dr Ukani and his staff are very on top of apts, follow-ups, and rescheduling when necessary. I felt completely at ease during this process, and the cherry on top- I fit perfectly into my wedding dress just 5 weeks after the procedure. Would see him again for future services.
