From my first point of contact with Lisa, I was truly impressed. At this time I was shopping around for the best service. I strongly believe that the initial point of contact is important. She gave me a confident feeling in GraceMed to have my procedure done. Throughout all of our communications she was very supportive and I felt no pressure. Once I met Dr. Armstrong I knew I had made the right decision. She was very experienced, compassionate and listened to my concerns. The day of my surgery, the nurse I dealt with was very information driven and she was extremely knowledgeable. The Anesthesiologist was also great to deal with. Been working with McLean Clinic since early 2022 for top surgery. I must say from the start of my process with Elizabeth, to the surgery day with Dr McLean and the nurses, as well as post op appointments with all of the nurses helping me my experience at this clinic has been nothing short of amazing. There was a lot of anxiety and questions I had leading up to surgery with sorting out post op care, as well as disability through my employer and Elizabeth made my experience SO smooth and stress free. Even when I had a question that she couldn’t answer she would always get back to me so quickly with an answer she did have even if it was her reaching out to someone else. Love everyone I have had the opportunity to have worked with at this clinic and really want to put an emphasis on how amazing Elizabeth was working with me all days / hours of the week to ensure I was stress free.

My experience at GraceMed Mississauga was exceptional. Dr. Armstrong and her wonderful team of nurses took such great care of me before and after surgery. From answering all my questions, to making sure I was comfortable through the entire process, I truly felt like my best interest was their priority. I had the most amazing oxygen facial today with Linda! She was so sweet, very welcoming and easy to talk to. Most importantly she was so helpful educating me on my problem areas and how to manage them. I was so impressed I will be going back for more treatments in the near future! I highly recommend Linda!

The staff are friendly polite and professional. Angelica and Linda took the time to explain the Fraxel laser procedure in detail and making sure that I was comfortable during the procedure and what to expect post procedure.
